ShopRite from Home carries a full selection of the brand names and ShopRite brand products you've come to know and trust. You can feel confident about choosing fresh meat and poultry, produce, seafood and deli items. Your Personal Shopper will take special care to make sure the products selected for you are exactly what you ordered.
Our site does not reflect current product inventory. Your items will be selected for you on the day of the order, products are not “reserved” at the time your order is placed

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND A PRODUCT ONLINE THAT I AM LOOKING FOR?
Our goal is to have everything we have in our store available to you at ShopRite from Home. If you can't find something while creating your list, you can search for it by typing the product name into the search field and selecting "Go". If you still can't find it, you can type in the product name and in "Can't Find It". We'll do our best to find it and add it to your order.
PURCHASING GIFT CARDS ON SHOPRITE FROM HOME
All gift card purchases are limited to no more than $2,000 per person, per day. Gift card purchases are not available for ShopRite from Home delivery service. Your order will be modified to remove any items that exceed permissible limits. We reserve the right to modify your order to comply with applicable law and local product availability.
Customers are limited to no more than three (3) active orders at one time without prior approval. Organizations or customers with special circumstances may request approval to place additional simultaneous orders. To request approval to place more than three (3) active orders, please complete the application form.
Our goal is to be in stock at all times, but due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be a time when a product is unavailable. In the online checkout process, we will ask you if you would like to allow substitutions. If you choose yes, we will select a comparable replacement at the cost of the replacement item. At ShopRite, we're committed to having advertised items in stock at all times. If we ever run out, we'll offer a substitute item or give you a raincheck. Your Personal Shopper will inform you of any changes when you come in to pick up your order.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO POLICY
Cigarettes and tobacco products are not available for purchase on ShopRite from Home, our online grocery ordering service. We currently do not deliver alcoholic beverages on ShopRite from Home delivery orders. Alcoholic beverages may be available for pick up in certain stores in accordance with state and local laws.
If your order contains alcoholic products, and you order more than the allocated quantity or outside the legally approved window, your order will be modified to remove any items that exceed permissible limits.
ShopRite checks the identification of all customers purchasing alcoholic products. Please have a valid government issued identification verifying you are 21 years of age or older. You will be asked to come in to the store to present your ID so that we can complete your order.

DROP AT YOUR DOOR DELIVERY
Your driver will call or text you when they are on their way to make your delivery. Your delivery will be left at your door unattended. By choosing that your order be delivered, you accept full responsibility for your order after it has been delivered unattended, including but not limited to any loss, theft, damage or spoilage due to temperature sensitivity or other factors. By providing your mobile phone number in the Delivery Instructions field herein, you consent to receiving phone calls and/or text messages informing you of your order’s status and, when possible, providing you with a photo of your order upon delivery. If you request delivery of your order but do not provide your mobile phone number, your order will still be delivered to your door, but you may not be able to receive such calls and/or text messages.
BAG FEES POLICY
Please note that bag fees may be added to your final total if required by law. The fee will be visible on your final in-store receipt.
ShopRite from Home is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Therefore, you have our word that the information you give us will remain strictly confidential. We promise that we will not sell any personal identifying information (name, address, phone number) to any person, company, organization or agency. Any data collected will be used only to offer you ShopRite sponsored and co-sponsored special offerings and promotions. If you don't wish to receive these offers, just tell us and your name will be removed from the list.
Our site is secured with a VeriSign Secure Server ID. All information sent to this site is encrypted, protecting against disclosures to third parties. While you shop and submit your order online, the actual payment process takes place at the store at the time of pick up.
Before you use this website, you must read and agree to the terms of this User Agreement.
