PAYMENT OPTIONS

Pick-Up Orders: You may choose any of the following payment options at the time of pick up: cash, check, debit card, gift certificate, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Network. We will ask you for your preferred payment method at the time of pick up.

Delivery Orders: You may choose to Pay on Delivery or Pay Online when you place your order. If you choose Pay on Delivery, you must be present at the time of delivery to present your credit card for payment through our wireless credit card machine. If you choose Pay Online, you can still use any major credit card, as well as ShopRite gift cards and any funds that may be stored on your ShopRite Price Plus Club card.

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND A PRODUCT ONLINE THAT I AM LOOKING FOR?

Our goal is to have everything we have in our store available to you at ShopRite From Home. If you can't find something while creating your list, you can search for it by typing the product name into the search field and selecting "Go". If you still can't find it, you can type in the product name and size in the "Can't Find a Item, Add It Here" section. We'll do our best to find it and add it to your order.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Our goal is to be in stock at all times, but due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be a time when a product is unavailable. In the online checkout process, we will ask you if you would like to allow substitutions. If you choose yes, we will select a comparable replacement at the cost of the replacement item. At ShopRite, we're committed to having advertised items in stock at all times. If we ever run out, we'll offer a substitute item or give you a raincheck. Your Personal Shopper will inform you of any changes when you come in to pick up your order.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

You can add special instruction to items in your shopping cart by simply click the 'Add Notes' link below the product. During the checkout process you will also be given the opportunity, in the comments section, to add any other special instructions or comments for this order. For example, you can specify that you would like "Green Bananas" or "Extra Lean Turkey". Also, if you want to allow for substitutions on all products except, for example, the milk you have selected, you can note that as well.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO POLICY

Prior to handing the customer their order, our employee must verify the customers New Jersey Drivers License for orders containing Alcohol or Tobacco products. If an adult over the age of 21 is not present at the time of delivery, the alcohol will be removed from the order. Tobacco purchasers must be at least 19 years of age and also have valid proof of age or the tobacco items will be removed from the order. The merchandise will be returned to the store and credit will be issued. Due to New Jersey state law, on Sundays only, alcoholic beverages are not allowed to leave the premises before Noon or after 5 p.m. regardless if an order was placed on Saturday. Monday through Saturday, alcoholic beverages are not allowed to leave the premises before 9 am or after 9 pm.

As a ShopRite From Home customer, we know your time is valuable! That's why we've dedicated a special pick up area just for you. Simply drive up into the specially marked lane at the store entrance where you'll be greeted by one of our attendants. Your order will be processed, carefully loaded into your vehicle and you'll be on your way in just minutes.

COUPONS

We'll gladly accept your manufacturer coupons. Just bring them with you to the store when you pick up your order and we'll take care of the rest! If your order is for delivery, please give the driver your coupons and we will be happy to credit you the amount of your coupons on your next order.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

ShopRite From Home is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Therefore, you have our word that the information you give us will remain strictly confidential. We promise that we will not sell any personal identifying information (name, address, phone number) to any person, company, organization or agency. Any data collected will be used only to offer you ShopRite sponsored and co-sponsored special offerings and promotions. If you don't wish to receive these offers, just tell us and your name will be removed from the list.

RUNNING LATE

ShopRite From Home and our Personal Shopper team is committed to assuring your order is fresh and in perfect condition upon your arrival. In order to accomplish this, we request that you contact the store at (908) 604-2129 if you are going to be delayed more than 3 hours.

ADD TO OR CHANGE AN ORDER

ShopRite From Home gives you the opportunity to modify your order online in some instances. If you would like to add an item or change an item on your order, please log into "My Account" and click on "Order History". Under "options available for order" choose "change" for the appropriate order. This will let you open up the order you have sent to the store for modification. Please note that if you do not complete your modifications prior to the "Order Before" time next to your timeslot above, you will lose your timeslot and will be required to select a new time.

Please note that in some cases you may not have the ability to modify your order online, however please call the store directly and the ShopRite From Home department will be happy to assist you.

CANCELING AN ORDER

Now why would you want to do that? Well, if need be, you can easily do so at any time without a charge. To cancel an online order, please log into "My Account" and click on "Order History". Under "options available for order" choose "cancel" for the appropriate order. If your order is no longer available the store has started picking the order. Please call our Personal Shopper Team at (908) 604-2129 and provide us with the pick up time and order number of the order to be canceled. Please note that closing your browser while shopping online will not cancel your order if you already submitted it.
