On the Grill: Oil grill grates and heat to medium heat. Cook patties for 6-7 minutes on each side (if frozen) or 5-6 minutes on each side (if thawed). On a Skillet: Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 6-7 minutes on each side (if frozen) or 5-6 minutes on each side (if thawed). Remove from skillet immediately after cooking. Burgers must be cooked throughly to 165 degrees F. Thaw in refrigerator if desired. Consume within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
