Pancake Cooking Instructions: 1 1/2 cups pancake mix 1 cup water 1. Heat skillet or griddle to medium-high heat or to 375 degreesF and grease lightly. 2. In a medium bowl, combine mix and water. Mix until blended and batter is smooth. Let stand for 2 minutes. 3. Pour batter (slightly less than 1/4 cup per pancake) onto hot greased skillet. 4. Flip when edges begin to dry, and bubbles begin breaking on top. Cook an additional minute or until golden brown. Yield: 12 4' pancakes Waffle Cooking Instructions: 2 cups pancake mix 1 tbsp oil 1 egg 1 cup water 1. In a large mixing bowl stir together mix, oil, egg and water until batter is smooth. Pour onto a hot waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer's directions. Serve warm.
