Blackberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Wholesome Pantry Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ - ½ cup Wholesome Pantry milk or almond milk (use more of less if needed)
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup fresh blackberries
  • Large handful of Wholesome Pantry baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp Wholesome Pantry maple syrup

For topping (choose your favorites!):

  • 3 Tbsp fresh blackberries
  • 1 tbsp Wholesome Pantry Honey Granola
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients for the smoothie bowl in a high-powered blender until smooth. If mixture seems too thick, add a tablespoon or two of additional liquid.
  2. Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with your choice of favorite add-ins!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Wholesome Pantry almond butter
  • ⅓ cup Wholesome Pantry milk or almond milk
  • 1 cup pitted and peeled chopped peaches
  • Large handful of Wholesome Pantry baby spinach
  • 1-2 tbsp Wholesome Pantry honey 

For topping (choose your favorites!):

  • 1-2 tbsp diced fresh peaches
  • 1 handful of blackberries
  • 1 tbsp Wholesome Pantry walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients for the smoothie bowl in a high-powered blender until smooth. If mixture seems too thick, add a tablespoon or two of additional liquid.
  2. Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with your choice of favorite add-ins!

  • ⅓ cup Wholesome Pantry coconut milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • Large handful of Wholesome Pantry baby spinach
  • 1-2 tbsp Wholesome Pantry honey

For topping (choose your favorites!):

  • 1 Tbsp fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Wholesome Pantry Granola
  • 1 tbsp Wholesome Pantry walnuts
  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Wholesome Pantry Almond Butter
  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 cup Wholesome Pantry Baby spinach (optional, leave out if you want the pink color)
  • 1-2 tbsp Wholesome Pantry Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp nuts like sliced almonds, chopped pistachios or hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

Watermelon Jalapeño Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced watermelon
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper (yellow, orange, green or a combination)
  • 1 large jalapeño, de-seeded and diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup diced cilantro
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Pinch of salt and sugar, if needed
  • Wholesome Pantry tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and serve!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced peaches
  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries, halved
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 ½ tbsp Wholesome Pantry honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Cinnamon sugar flatbreads or chips, for serving

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and serve!

Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup sweet corn, cut from the cob
  • ⅔ cup diced red onion
  • 1 jalapeño, de-seeded and diced
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 3-4 tbsp fresh cilantro, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wholesome Pantry Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and serve!
